[image-1]If all goes according to plan, Rappahannock Oyster Bar should be unlocking its Cigar Factory doors March 14. But since rarely does a restaurant opens as planned in this town, you might want to consider a ticket to the Macintosh’s Brine and Swine to get an early taste.
On Wed. March 14, The Mac will play host Rappahannock for a pig and oyster roast family-style meal. Chef Jeremiah Bacon will cook the pig on the Macintosh’s back patio alongside Rappahannock’s Chesapeake oysters.
Local beers will be served as well.
Tickets to the Brine and Swine event are $55.00 ($57.92 with service fee).
