Memorial Day

Satsang yoga hosts a Rocksana from 9 to 10:45 a.m. for those looking to add some mind-centering to Memorial day.

Head to Awendaw for the Memorial Day Gravel Grind; from 8 to 11 a.m. ride your bike for 25 miles through the Francis Marion Forest.

Rian Adkinson plays at Music Farm starting at 4 p.m. as part of his Heathensongs Tour.

Participate in Movement Monday with Enough Pie from 4 to 5 p.m.; the guided class is based on Nia, a movement technique that combines the dance, martial, and healing arts.

The Piccolo Spoleto Memorial Day Concert takes place in Marion Square from 3 to 5 p.m.

Root for the home team as the RiverDogs take on West Virginia starting at 7:05 p.m.

Letters Home: A Play for Memorial Day plays at 2 and 7 p.m. inside the Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum.

Upgrade your Mem day hotdog to a lobster roll at The Granary from 5 to 10 p.m.

5Church Charleston is celebrating Memorial Day weekend with three days of special events — including live music from Pinkerton and the Brinks tonight, DJ Taylor Rowland on Saturday, and a brunch buffet (complete with a raw bar) Sunday.

Celebrate those who serve and have served at the Salute to Service Memorial Day Concert at Riverfront Park from 2:30 to 8 p.m.

Grab some Boxcar Betty’s fried chicken starting at noon at Two Blokes Brewing.
