The Charleston Battery takes on the New York Red Bulls this Sat. Aug. 12 at 5:30 p.m. It’s jersey night, sponsored by Hendrick Lexus, so fans are encouraged to show up decked out in their Battery gear. If you’re one of the first 500 jersey-sporting patrons, you get two Lexus thundersticks, which are arguably the best way to make noise during a sporting event.
To add to the fun, dollar beers will be flowing all night long. After the game, the full team will host a meet and greet on the pitch under the jumbotron. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and the match is set to begin at 7 p.m.
