[image-1][image-5]SUSTO announced today they’ll kick off their fall tour in October but plan to make a hometown stop on Sat. Oct. 21 in the parking lot of the Royal American. Local hip-hop artist Matt Monday will open the show, followed by SUSTO’s co-headliner for the fall tour, Esmé Patterson, a singer-songwriter who’s been featured in Rolling Stone and on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series.

The Royal American will be set up with a large outdoor stage, several al fresco bars, and local food vendors.

SUSTO’s tour kicks off in Greensboro, N.C. on October 12 with not much time off again until Christmas — their last stop is in Atlanta on Dec. 22. Along the way, the band will hit up notable spots like The Bowery Ballroom in New York City, The Roxy in Los Angeles, and the Basement East in Nashville.

As for the Charleston show, doors open at 7 p.m., and the music starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $18/adv., $20/door, and a $48 deluxe package gets you a ticket, a limited-edition show poster, and a limited-edition color vinyl of & I’m Fine Today.

Tickets go on sale this Fri. Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. on Etix.
