Earlier this year the Columbia City Ballet (CCB) brought their spiritual performance, Emanuel: Love is the Answer, to Sottile Theatre. At the time CCB’s executive and artistic director William Starrett said, “There’s so much unrest around the world, we need hope, and we need a tool to navigate our challenges today.”
[content-1]Inspired by the Emanuel AME attack, Emanuel: Love is the Answer is a multi-media presentation that presents healing messages from leaders of the past and present including Mother Teresa, Maya Angelou, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., president Barack Obama.

The performance heads to the Charleston Music Hall on Fri. Oct. 20 at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $35-$45 and can be purchased online or by calling the box office at (843) 853-2252.

UPDATE: This event has been cancelled due to inadequate funding. The show hopes to return to Charleston at a later date.
