Have a mind-blowing hot dog secret sauce? Love layering your tube meat with peppers and boiled peanuts? Think ketchup on a dog is an abomination? Whatever your go-to topping, the Tin Roof wants to try it during the venue’s Hot Dog Toppings Competition.

On Sun. Nov. 19, the Wiener High Council — made up of hot dog authorities, former CP restaurant critic Eric Doksa, CP food writer Robert Donovan, Wesbrook taproom manager Brendan Webb, and craft beer guru Kyle MacQueston — will determine the public’s best toppings during a charity contest.

And, as the Facebook event page says, “The weiners will receive cash prizes, and the top dog will be featured on the menu for the rest of the year!”

So how can you participate? Simply sign up in the comments of the Facebook event page, then bring your topping A-game to Tin Roof on the 19th to see if you have what it win the Weiner High Council’s hearts with the top topping dog.

Pro tip: Read this before you compete.
