After years of serving up pulled pork and fried chicken, the tiny JB’s Smokeshack on Johns Island is for sale.
A sign on the door went up following tropical storm Irma saying that the property was closed for storm clean-up, but realtor Jim Moring has confirmed that the property is now for sale.
An ad on BizBuySell.com lists 3406 Maybank Highway for $90,000. That includes “furniture, fixtures, and equipment. All recipes, catering equipment, smoker and delivery van convey.”
