[image-1]Is it any wonder that a holiday themed pop-up bar with a name like Miracle would become a global affair?

What started four years ago upon the advice of the sagacious mother of NYC restaurateur Greg Boehm has become a 21st century tradition — or simply a drunk Santa’s dream — popping up in more than 50 cities around the world, from Tucson to Quebec to Chicago.
[image-2] In 2014, when Boehm was halfway through with construction on his East Village bar Mace, his mother suggested he instead transform the unfinished space into a pop-up bar serving holiday-themed drinks. In 2015 the idea manifested in four more locations, and in 2016 it went worldwide, with popups in Greece, Montreal, and Paris.

This is the second year that the Gin Joint has hosted this month-long festive pop-up: “The Gin Joint is so excited to participate in this national holiday pop-up for a second year … We hope for this year’s month long event to be even better than last year’s,” says Gin Joint front of house manager Wells Faiella.
