Like the soothing power of a doctor’s office aquarium, we’re mesmerized by Dockery’s rotisserie. Dockery’s, Daniel Island’s first brewery, isn’t just promising the island craft beer, they have what appears to be a chicken inferno the likes of which we’ve never seen.

In advance of its Thurs. Nov. 30 opening, today Dockery’s posted on Instagram a video of its new rotisserie running an eight-bird test batch. Looking like naked grannies in a tanning booth from hell, the wheels of the cooker twirl its fowl slowly on the spit. And we can’t.look.away.
We haven’t seen a Dockery’s menu yet, but expect plenty of crisp bird to be on the list.
