Calling all turophiles: if black truffle brie makes you weep, if Asher Blue gives you goose bumps, if you’d prefer to be buried not in a coffin, but in a pallet constructed of buffalo gorgonzola, then you should probably visit goat.sheep.cow.north for its first anniversary celebration in their chic Meeting Street digs.

This Sat. Dec. 9 from 5:30 to 10 p.m., owners Patty Floersheimer and Trudi Wagner will be popping bubbly and serving up truffles, caviar, and “all the cheese.” Guest sommeliers from McCarus Beverage will pour rare bubbles and magnums to pair with the delectable cheese boards.

Reservations are encouraged for parties of six or more; call (843) 203-3118 to save your spot now.
