New Charleston trip-hop trio Dr. Mambo has released their debut Halloween-inspired music video, just in time for the holiday.

With every band member donning a different spooky mask, “Horror Stories,” out Wed. Oct. 24, was filmed in a garage with Charleston-based filmmaker Stephen Massar, who, as a drummer/multi-instrumentalist/producer, is also one-third of the band. Keyboardist and songwriter Sam Stringfield along with bassist/producer Eliot Schupp make up the rest of Dr. Mambo, an act that prides itself on “weird, jazzy, hip-hop flavored instrumental music.”

The debut track is off the band’s forthcoming debut Dubious Food EP (date TBA).
