Yesterday we reported that The Mill would be hosting a fundraiser for Madra Rua staff affected by the pub’s recent fire this weekend and y’all, when it rains, it pours (altruism).

Park Circle brewery Commonhouse Aleworks has announced that its Irish red ale will be named the Red Fox Irish Ale — Madra Rua is Gaelic for red fox. All proceeds from the sale of the Red Fox will go directly to the Madra Rua team’s GoFundMe. The beer will be available at the brewery (and other locations with Commonhouse on tap) starting Sat. March 9 just in time for, you guessed it, the Park Circle St. Patrick’s Day Festival.

If you hate parties and beer but still want to help, donate directly at the pub’s GoFundMe.
