Daylight saving time is here. Our hour of sleep has been taken away, and an extra hour (or two) of daylight has been given. Here’s a list of things you can eat this week with all that time on your hands:

Monday

Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. is bringing the Geeks Who Drink Trivia group, giving you eight rounds of audio, visual, and live trivia, starting at 7 p.m.

If you’re craving some Girl Scout cookies and a beer, then head over to Frothy Beard Brewing Co. for their Girl Scout Cookie & Beer Tasting, kicking off at 11 a.m.

Kickin’ Chicken is officially opening their Dorchester Road location with a Coop Kick-Off starting at 11 a.m. with week-long specials like $1 kids meal, $1 Bud Light, and more.

Tuesday

Two Blokes Brewing is hosting a Bears, Beets, Bonus Questions Quiz, testing you on all your Office trivia, starting at 7 p.m.

Pink Bellies returns to Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. starting at 11 a.m. with a new menu.

From 5 to 9 p.m., Five Loaves Cafe is donating a portion of their sales to the Ronald McDonald House. Be sure to tell the server you’re dining for the cause.

Wednesday

Get your Jame-O on at Recovery Room from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for a Jameson Sampling and Swag Giveaway.

Wally’s Gyros will be serving at Two Blokes Brewing from 4 to 9 p.m.

Head to the Parlour, Parcel 32’s upstairs cocktail lounge, from 5 to 10 p.m. every Wed. for $1.50 oysters shucked to order and half-off select bottles of bubbly.

Middleton Place garden stroll and wine tastings are back starting at 5:30 p.m. Each Wednesday evening, a different garden location will be paired with a selection of wines for you to sample.

Thursday

From 1 to 4 p.m., Kaminsky’s is celebrating Pi Day, offering their signature slices of pie for, you guessed it, $3.14.

Fat Pig Brewing Co. is celebrating their anniversary with three days of trivia, live music, and beer.

Burton’s Grill is hosting Paws on the Patio to benefit the Charleston Animal Society, starting at 6 p.m. For $25, get two drinks, plus access to an appetizer bar (and puppies!).

Head over to Royal American to test your Pi knowledge. Whoever can recite the most correct numbers wins a Royal gift card.

Friday

St. Patrick’s Day Weekend kicks off today. We’ve compiled a list of things to do in and out of Charleston for a fun, green weekend.

Rusty Bull Brewing Co. is hosting a ’90s-themed night with Golden Pineapple food truck, so grab your Converse All-Stars, leather jackets, and ripped jeans for a night of nostalgia starting at 7 p.m.

Embers and Ashes will be at Charles Towne Fermentory serving up fresh-out-the-oven pizza starting at 5 p.m.

Saturday

Barnes and Noble in West Ashley is hosting a brunch with Cat in the Hat at 10 a.m. Admission is free and welcome to all families.

Rusty Bull Brewing Co. is hosting a Roast & Toast to celebrate their soft-open anniversary starting at 4 p.m. with drink specials and $10 oyster buckets.

Sunday

Container Bar is hosting a Sunday Funday Oyster Roast starting at 2 p.m. with $15 AYCE oysters and $5 bloody marys.
