[embed-1] Whether you’re studying to become a certified sommelier, or just want to polish up your vino knowledge for a scintillating happy hour chat, Edmund’s Oast Exchange’s 12-week somm school will help uncork your mind. EOX certified sommelier Sarah O’Kelley leads this summer session starting Sat. June 1.
Every Saturday from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., O’Kelley will focus on a different topic, from viticulutre and vinification to popular wine regions; learn how the centuries-old terroir of France creates a varietal far different from the New World grapes of Oregon, California, and Washington. Classes are $20, and tickets are sold separately for each event. F&B folks can attend for just $10 per class — use code sommfandb when checking out online.
