Charleston City Paper publisher Andy Brack sat down with Quintin Washington on Wednesday to talk about the mayoral runoff between incumbent mayor John Tecklenburg and candidate and Councilman Mike Seekings on Nov. 19.

In the Nov. 5 election, Tecklenburg and Seekings received 48 percent and 34 percent of the vote respectively. A candidate must get more than 50 percent to win.
Brack became the co-owner and publisher of the City Paper in October.
