The Charleston RiverDogs might have been forced to cancel their season, but that's not stopping them from hosting summer events at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park. Monday, the stadium's VP of Food and Beverage, chef Josh Shea, will host a five-day culinary camp, limited to 15 kids to allow for social distancing.
[content-1] Each day will feature a different theme — Monday, students will learn how to make fresh cut French fries and Thursday will be all about the classic hamburger. Throughout the week, campers will learn basic cooking skills and how to set up their station, and the week will conclude with a lunch at the stadium.
The camp will take place Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Segra Club at the stadium. Those wishing to register can sign up online.
