Contour released a new single “You’d Do Well to Pack Light//Skin Closure” today. The song is only available until Sunday at midnight.
Singer-songwriter Khari Lucas constructed a soul and R&B composed of two distinct tracks in tune. The first half is centered on a piano and strings sample. It gives way to a second half based on a melancholy, repeating horn. What anchors the two sides of the track is Lucas’ characteristically strong vocal delivery.
Lucas announced the single alongside new sets of T-shirts available on Bandcamp where the single is available.
