Best Yoga Studio
Holy Cow Yoga

Since 1999, Holy Cow Yoga Center has been a vital part of Charleston’s yoga community, with instructors specializing in restorative yoga, Pranayama techniques, yin yoga, prenatal and more. Founder and director Trace Sahaja Bonner has been practicing yoga herself for nearly 30 years, studying in both the U.S. and India. Holy Cow Yoga Center is touted for its range of yoga style offerings. Yogis are all kinds and practices can find a class or a teacher to connect with. Some instructors focus more on the physical and anatomic impact of yoga while others place emphasis on the spirituality behind the practice. Aside from the regular class schedule, Holy Cow also hosts workshops on specific techniques and offers volunteer opportunities through its Holy City Yoga Studio Karma Crew group.
