But, to surpass him, an agent would have to beat him at his own game. “I wake up every morning at 4 a.m., and I read and study. And, I’ve been doing that for 15 years,” O’Neill said. And, he’s not afraid of sharing the secrets, emailing training information to local agents every month. “I give it all away,” he said.
