High Water Fest will make its return in 2022 after two years off due to the pandemic — and the highly anticipated lineup is out now.

Curated by local folk duo Shovels & Rope, the two-day event will feature headliners Jack White and My Morning Jacket.

Other big-name and local acts include Modest Mouse, Black Pumas, Old Crow Medicine Show, Caamp, Mavis Staples, Local Natives, Sharon Van Etten, Bahamas, Delta Spirit, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, Jade Bird, Amythyst Kiah, Felice Brothers, Adia Victoria, Shannon and the Clams, Cedric Burnside, Palm Palm, Jeremie Albino and of course, a performance by Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent of Shovels & Rope.

For anyone signed up for pre-sale alerts, tickets were available at noon. Tickets will be on sale to the public starting Thursday at noon. Prices start at $145 for two-day general admission passes with additional VIP, “Platinum” and “Weekender” packages available. Price tiers rise as the event approaches.

High Water Festival 2022 will take place April 23-24 at Riverfront Park in North Charleston. Auxiliary festival events like the annual Pass the Peas dinner and oyster education classes have not yet been announced. Keep your eye on High Water Fest’s Instagram and website for additional updates.
