The North Charleston Cultural Arts Department just put on its Christmas Festival/Parade, which is just one of the department’s many events each year, like the 4th of July Fest, Harvest Fest and annual Arts Fest. Additionally, the department carries out art-related outreach programs and runs the Park Circle Gallery. With so many irons in the fire, the team utilizes tunes to keep the organizing energy going. The department’s director, Kyle Lahm, gave us her top five all-time event set-up jams:
