John B. Hagerty has been honored by Spoleto Festival USA with the 2020 Mary Ramsay Civic Award.
Hagerty has served as general counsel to the Spoleto Festival USA Board of Directors for 27 years. He was presented the award during an April 1 luncheon originally planned for April of 2020, but postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Mary Ramsay Civic Award was established in 2012 to recognize Charlestonians who exhibit civic and charitable leadership. Hagerty is a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP.
