ENTREE: Pan-seared scallops from Red Drum. “The sea scallops from Red Drum are decadent and delicious, seared to perfection with yummy stone ground grits and a touch of bacon.”
DESSERT: Coconut cake from Peninsula Grill. “Coconut cake has been a favorite of mine since I was a child. Of course, Peninsula Grill is world-famous and for good reason! The layers upon layers of heavenly vanilla cake with equally heavenly coconut frosting is worth every penny.”
