One person died and seven were hurt late Saturday in Clarendon County during a drive-by shooting into a graduation party of about 150 people. Elsewhere over the weekend, at least eight others died and dozens were injured in mass shootings that stretched from Philadelphia and Chester, Va., to Chattanooga and Phoenix. The weekend of gun violence closely follows other high-profile mass shootings like those in Buffalo, Uvalde and Tulsa, leaving the nation shaken, but no longer surprised, The New York Times reported.
