That’s a wrap! The 2022 City Paper Music Awards votes have been counted, so it’s time to party.
Don’t miss our showcase — including a dozen Charleston music acts — at 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at Music Farm downtown. Come celebrate the plethora of amazing local musicians who were nominated this year. Tickets are available at City Paper Tickets.
During the showcase, we’ve got all the genres coming at you — Americana, rock, reggae, pop, hip-hop, country and experimental.
There will be an all-star superjam to close down the showcase, featuring members of Charleston indie-rock sensations Stop Light Observations, Brave Baby and Human Resources.
Don’t miss other performances by:
The Duplates
Black Diamond Band
Lauren Hall
Mel Washington
She Returns From War
Emily Curtis
Runaway Gin
Tyrie
Guardian’s Warlock
Paul Who Is Lost
Fo Daniels
Longtime radio personality Richard Todd will emcee the show and DJ Moldybrain will be spinning danceable beats all night.
Enjoy adult refreshments from Booze Pops and check out other vendor offerings from additional sponsors Guilty Pleasures, Charleston Hemp Collective and High Rise CBD Seltzer.
Special thanks to Music Farm and Joe Good Law for making this local music showcase event possible!
