Charleston travel and wildlife photographer Ferris Kaplan had a whale of a time — err, a doggone good time — snapping photos of dogs jumping into water at the DockDogs competition at the annual Southeastern Wildlife Exposition. It’s always one of the most popular events at the annual festival attended by 40,000 wildlife enthusiasts.
