Park Circle brewery Commonhouse Aleworks this week opens for service in the Charleston International Airport, replacing the former Sam Adams Bar near gate B5. Service starts Nov. 21.

The 1,250-square-foot restaurant and full bar features six taps of Commonhouse beers, “elevated pub fare” and a new patio space, according to a recent press release.

“Our ethos centers on the celebration of what we all share in common,” said Pearce Fleming, proprietor and CEO of Commonhouse in the press release. “We’re elated to shepherd our community’s mentality here in North Charleston through our new occupation in the airport with locals and visitors alike. We can’t think of a better way to make an impression than through good company and conversation.”

Commonhouse Aleworks in the Charleston International Airport is open daily from 4 a.m. to the last arriving flight.

Commonhouse in Park Circle is open 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. Learn more about the brewery online at commonhousealeworks.com
