It’s that time of year again — time for Charleston City Paper readers to vote in the Best of Charleston 2024 on their favorite restaurants, bars, nail salons, tattoo artists, insurance providers and so much more.
This year’s readers’ contest – the biggest in the Lowcountry – again has more than 400 categories. This year, we’ve added new areas for which you can vote, such as Best Bar Food, Best Locally Based Cannabis Product, Best Drag Queen and Best Surf Lessons. Be sure to check out the full list so you don’t miss out.
“My favorite kind-of-new category is Best Charlestonian who is not Bill Murray or Darius Rucker, which we created for obvious reasons – and to find a new winner,” said editor and publisher Andy Brack. “In alphabetical order, nominees are Tia Clark, Rob Fowler, Warren Peper, Joe Riley, John Tecklenburg and Julian Wiles. Get ready to crown a new king or queen.”
