In addition to serving frozen drinks and “coastal tropical vibes,” Zachary’s Daiquiris, set to open in August, plans to give back to the community on a regular basis.

Zachary’s Daiquiris, a self-proclaimed “chic frozen daiquiri destination” is slated to open at 460 King Street next month. The concept comes from Republic Hospitality — the folks behind Republic, Mesu, Bourbon N’ Bubbles and Lamar’s Sporting Club.

Zachary’s Daiquiris, also known as Zach’s Daiqs, will serve 12 frozen cocktails including an espresso martini, paloma and classic daiquiris. Zach’s Daiqs will also serve, according to a press release, a “simple and refreshing culinary menu to include seasonal offerings and weekend brunch.”

In addition to serving frozen drinks and “coastal tropical vibes,” Zachary’s Daiquiris plans to give back to the community on a regular basis, fulfilling wishes benefiting Make-A-Wish South Carolina every year. The bar and restaurant will also feature a frozen flavor dedicated to benefiting the organization.

Zachary’s Daiquiris is co-owned by Zachary Elliott, who survived childhood bone cancer. He joined Republic Hospitality in 2022 and helped develop the concept of Zach’s Daiqs.
