Sand Sculpting Competition
Come and participate in this wildly popular sand-sculpting competition at the Isle of Palms’ Front Beach. Watch artists compete for prizes in different categories as they transform the beach into beautiful works of art.

Kids Craft Fair
The Kids Craft Fair features student-designed and student-made products, including jewelry, artwork, baked goods, accessories and creative inventions. All vendors are students in grades 4–12, and every booth is run entirely by the young entrepreneurs themselves.

Outdoor Concert on 59-Bell Carillon
Michael Varnadore and Carillon Street with Judy Ogden will each present a 30-minute concert of international carillon music. The show includes duets from Phantom of the Opera! Outdoor seating is provided or you can bring a blanket and have a picnic lunch under the great oaks that line the avenue. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

Contra Dance with Chris Hernandez featuring Zephyr
Caller Chris Hernandez will teach Contra Dance with lessons that are easy to learn, great exercise and fun for all ages. No partner needed. Zephyr comprises musicians Susan Conant, Matt Masie, Mike Kaufmann and John Holenko. Lessons begin at 7:30 and continue until 10:30.
