Cling to this: Tickets for the Shovels & Rope-curated High Water Festival scheduled for April 13-14, 2019 will go on sale to previous buyers on Thurs. Nov. 1 at 10 a.m.; The public on-sale date is Thurs. Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. As for the lineup, that will be announced on Tues. Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. — and trust us, Tues. Nov. 13 cannot come soon enough.
This will be the third-annual High Water Festival located at Riverfront Park, North Charleston. Launched in 2017 by Shovels & Rope, the fest has brought such headliners as Band of Horses, Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, the Shins, and the Avett Brothers to the picturesque riverfront.
The fest also includes extras like a kickoff show with special guests, Lowcountry boil, and oysters, plus a weekend full of carefully curated cocktails, craft beer, and top-shelf local cuisine.
We’d imagine you can expect to spot Shovels & Rope’s new beer, Swimmin’ Time, from the Park Circle-based Commonhouse Aleworks at next year’s fest.
