A whole host of fantastically attired and bejeweled people helped Christophe Drumain celebrate at his Black, White, and Bling birthday ball on Thursday night. The temporary dance floor held up spectacularly well despite heavy abuse from the revelers. Oh, the sparkle and brilliance of it all! Early Friday morning, the Hazel Parker dog park regulars gathered for a holiday party complete with festive leashes and treats fit for dogs and humans alike. The doggie cupcakes were a smash hit, as were the 507 games of fetch the dogs’ sugar high dictated. A whirlwind tour of King Street hotspots on Saturday night found many merry-makers out and about in the driving rain and cold. Red wine, bourbon, and champagne were in high demand. On Sunday, Wild Wing in Mt. Pleasant overflowed with pigskin fans enjoying cold beer and hot wings. Score.
