Linda Ketner has been up on the TV for a few weeks now and it has shown dividends with the national party. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has included Ketner among a list of “emerging races” in the nation’s red states.
“Even the national party recognizes that we are on target to win this election,” the campaign noted in an e-mail to supporters.
