In addition to the long-running weekly acoustic gigs from the Charlton Singleton Trio — featuring trumpeter Singleton, bassist Ben Wells, and drummer Richard White on Wednesdays — the newly-renovated downtown bistro Fish (442 King St.) has added vocalist Elise Testone (pictured) and pianist Gerald Gregory to the weekly lineup. The duo performs jazz/soul/funk standards and faves from 6-9 p.m. on Thursdays. Testone performs with local bands Emotive and The Freeloaders as well.
