A new exhibit featuring renowned Lowcountry artist Jonathan Green will be on display at Gallery Chuma beginning Sun., Dec. 6 through Jan. 31, 2010. Green will be in studio at the opening Sunday from 3-5 p.m. He’ll sign any purchased art and calendars. This exhibit marks the first time Green has allowed anyone to view his sketches and the creative process that eventually evolves into his beloved paintings. In addition to his sketches, Green will show his drawings, preliminary ink washes, and color studies in the studio archives. Green is known for capturing a sense of southern experience and sharing that with the rest of the world through his domestic and international travels.
