The S.C. Stingrays are teaming up with Pet Helpers on Sun. Jan. 10 for the Dog Days of Winter. Fans can bring their canine friends to the Coliseum to watch the game against Georgia’s Gwinnett Gladiators. Doggy tickets will be available for a suggested donation of $5, and the Stingrays will give all donations to Pet Helpers so they can buy much needed items for the shelter, like food and litter. Pups are also invited to take part in the Dog Days of Winter Doggy Parade.

In other Stingrays news, mark your calendar for Sat. Jan. 23. It’s Pack the House Night at the Coliseum. Every seat in the house will be just $5 and parking will be free. The ’Rays will be playing the Reading Royals at 7:05 p.m. We’re told the game sells out every year so get your tickets now at stingrayshockey.com or call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.
