The Lunacy party scheduled for Thurs. Dec. 23 will feature wild dance music and beats from Rocky Horror, Joycette, and K Flossy at 8 p.m.
A punk-rock SK843 Reunion Party set for Mon. Dec. 27 brings old-school Charleston skaters and musicians together at 9 p.m. Life-long skater Kevin E. Taylor, a former Charlestonian now based in San Fran, was a fixture in the local band and art scene for a mighty long time before relocating to California a few years ago. This week, he returns to town for a punk/rock reunion at the Voodoo Lounge. Local indie rock bands Matter and FLK and turntablist Alfred Hawkins will be on hand as well.
