Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue is set to make their Spoleto debut tonight, with their second and final performance on Friday. As we’ve mentioned, City Paper and Spoleto Scene are teaming up to host an after-party following Friday’s show.

We’ve managed to glean a few more details from CP planners. First of all, note that the party has been moved to the Gaillard Exhibition Hall due to some complications with the original venue. Following Friday’s concert at the Cistern, Stan Gray and the Stingrays will lead a second line through the streets of Charleston toward the party.

Upon arrival, guests will have plenty to drink — Icebox bartenders will be mixing up NOLA specialty drinks like Sazeracs and a Herbsaint Frappes plus a Firefly Vodka mint lemonade. There will also be Abita’s Purple Haze and Restoration Pale Ale. Stan Gray and the Stingrays will perform some swingy, jazzy music, and the decor will be decidedly on-theme. Our sources tell us they have a few more surprises up their sleeves, so stay tuned.

At this point, tickets are only available to concert ticket-holders, and you can buy them by visiting or calling the Spoleto box office at (843) 579-3100.
