Are you a delusional tone-deaf doofus who makes babies cry, dogs howl, and angels lose their wings each time you belt out Taylor Swift’s “I Knew You Were Trouble”? If that sounds like you, then you’ll be pleased to learn that the folks at the hit Fox TV show The X-Factor are hosting tryouts at the North Charleston Coliseum. Registration are March 17-18, with auditions on Tues. March 19. The competition is open to both solo acts and vocal groups. All participants must be at least 12 years old. If you can’t make the auditions, you can also submit a video to the X-Factor gang until June 15. With a little luck and a whole lotta talent, you could be the next Elise Testone. (And, yes, we know she was on American Idol, but the point is still valid.) For more details visit thexfactorusa.com.
