Stone Beer Dinner at Opal

Executive Chef Patrick Owens is teaming up with Stone Brewing for what appears to be one helluva beer dinner. We’re talking big-eye tuna crudo with spicy blood orange jam and cilantro, braised pork agnolotti with white acre peas and greens, and five spice salmon with kimchi slaw. House of Brews Local Brew Night

The good folks at House of Brews are planning to have their entire tap lineup filled with South Carolina brews. You can expect a sneak peek at some Brewvival offerings as well as some local staples. So far on the list: Palmetto BA Espresso Porter, COAST 32/50, Freehouse Imperial Amber Saison, Frothy Beard Peppermint Porter, Holy City Pilsner, RJ Rockers Peachy King, Westbrook Shane’s Big DIPA, and Westbrook Panther. Fullsteam Brewery Tap Takeover at the Granary

Join the Granary for their first monthly tap takeover. Fullsteam’s chief executive optimist, Sean Lilly Wilson, will be on hand pouring samples of the following Fullsteam brews: Fruitcake, Sour Working Man’s Lunch, The Common Good,Fearrington Winter, and Carver sweet potato lager. Also debuting at the event is Executive Chef Brannon Florie’s new fried chicken dinner. Founders Tap Takeover at Bay Street Biergarten

Closed for Business Flex Tappings

Robbie at C4B has been holding onto some special kegs, patiently waiting to bust them out the weekend of Brewvival. The plan is to start tapping them on Thursday, but as kegs kick, more will get tapped throughout the weekend. The local coffee and craft beer shop will be pouring pints of Freehouse, New Belgium, Stone, Bell’s, and Anderson Valley. Pre-Brewvival Party with Conquest Brewing

The first production brewery since pre-prohibition, Conquest Brewing Company, will be setting up shop at Homegrown Brewhouse on Friday. Third Annual Pre-Brewvival Fish Fry atHoly City

If you weren’t able to get a ticket to Brewvival, you should probably head up to Holy City on Friday, as they’ll be pouring each and every one of the beers they’re bringing to the fest. The Bluestone Ramblers will be performing in the tasting room, and Refueler’s Mobile Café will be serving up some of their regular favorites and fried fish.
