The Woolfe Street Playhouse is opening its brand new Sidestage space with a performance of The History Boys, a British comic drama about teenage prep school boys in pursuit of spots at Oxford and Cambridge universities (it was also made into a 2006 movie).

The Sidestage is Woolfe Street’s second stage space in their beautifully renovated downtown theater, which was formerly a meatpacking warehouse.

The History Boys runs Feb. 27-March 7, and tickets are $15 for students, $20 for seniors, and $25 for adults. To buy yours, go to woolfestreetplayhouse.com or call (843) 856-1579.
