Billy Reid, the luxury men’s and women’s clothing shop at 150 King St., just published a pretty cool interview between local Chef Mike Lata (FIG and The Ordinary) and Charleston’s Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent of Shovels & Rope.

An intriguing read from start to finish, Lata reveals an Egg McMuffin is his guilty pleasure and that if he could listen to music in the kitchen, it would be Ryan Adams. Meanwhile, Hearst admits a good hot-and-now Krispy Kreme doughnut is her guilty pleasure go-to, and Trent says cooking up a prosciutto-wrapped chicken marsala is what’ll get him out of doghouse.
