Starting this Sat. July 4 and running for the duration of his summer barbecue series, pitmaster John Lewis and crew will be offering take-out orders. Orders can be placed online and picked up at Revelry between 11:30-11:45 a.m.

Guests can choose from beef brisket, pulled pork shoulder, beef ribs, and hot guts, along with potato salad and slaw. All takeout orders come with pickles, onions, sauce and bread and require a five pound minimum. Given Lewis’ popularity so far, we don’t think that “minimum” should be a problem.

Oh and don’t try to cheat the system y’all. If you want to eat at Revelry you’ve still gotta wait in line with the rest of us.
