“Everyone is very excited to get going, but I want to make sure that we stage it patiently to give us a chance to make our best first impression,” he says.

Chef Christopher “Ted” Jackson will helm the kitchen and we’ll have a preview of his menu later today.

In the meantime, dinner is now available from 5-9 p.m. daily, and until as last as 11 p.m. this weekend. Once Niketas is confident his team is ready, Westendorff says he’ll open for brunch. The restaurant is walk-in only.
