As part of the city’s initiative to lure folks downtown each holiday season for a variety of special events and patronize local businesses throughout the month of December, you can park for free for up to two hours in any of the nine eligible garages (see the full list on the voucher). Starting this Saturday, the Charleston Farmers Market transforms into the Holiday Market, open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturdays AND Sundays through Dec. 20. See the full list of events here.
