Local high-energy punk band Hale Bopp Astronauts recently dropped a new LP, which you can buy on vinyl now at local record stores Monster Music and the Vinyl Countdown.

“It’s fast paced, catchy, punk rock with tongue-in-cheek lyrics, gritty vocals, and a pop-punk edge with plenty of melody to satisfy the even the most uptight scenester,” says vocalist/guitarist Scott Burns.

The record was recorded at the Jam Room in Columbia, and you can check out the new tunes at haleboppastronauts.bandcamp.com
