Enter honest barkeep Craig Nelson’s new deal. The owner of Proof has just launched a 7 for $7 before 7 p.m. deal. That is, order any of seven classic cocktails for $7 before 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Or until 8 p.m. on Sunday.
This week’s drinks? “This week we have an Old Fashioned Cocktail, Manhattan, Dark & Stormy, Daiquiri, Tom Collins, Moscow Mule, and a Margarita on the board,” says Nelson.
