[image-2] Let loose in the light box Sat. Nov. 11 and Mon. Nov. 27 with top notch yoga instructors and talented musicians.

Professional choreographer, dancer, and yogini Crystal Wellman leads Tempo Flow Sat. Nov. 11 at 4:30 p.m. Wellman will be accompanied by Brad Ellsworth, a drummer who has provided the rhythmic backdrop for yoga classes at many East Coast studios and festivals, blending his “powerful, primal” beats with students’ equally powerful flows.

Reverb founder Ashley Bell will lead a Lotus Flow Mon. Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. The Lotus Flow class is described as “a take on the mythology-infused playful practice developed at Laughing Lotus in New York.” DJ HyFi, a West Coast artist who has “played events throughout North America with some of yoga’s most beloved teachers,” will join Bell in the studio; this is Bell and HyFi’s eighth mash-up.

All tickets are $25 in advance and $30 day-of.
