Breaking pizza news: Luke’s Craft Pizza will be open next Monday night. I know, we’re freaking out too.
As all of Luke Davis’ fans know, the crafty pie wizard keeps his doors locked until Thursday each week, leaving us all to long for his crispy pizzas the whole week through. But not next week.
From 4-9 p.m. on Mon. Dec. 18, Davis will be selling what he’s calling bar pie. According to his Instagram post, a bar pie is a “10” thin and crispy personal pizza with a crustless edge, cut into squares.”
Diners can choose from one of Luke’s three sauce bases, topped with fresh mozzarella and Asiago for $10, or add pepperoni for $2.
As a bonus, all pie buyers will be entered into a raffle for a $100 gift card to Luke’s.
