North Charleston Mexican eatery Maya del Sol Kitchen will debut its new lunch service on Wednesday, March 17, serving burritos, quesadillas, tacos and more. Lunch will be available for dine-in and takeout customers Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. each week.

Maya del Sol owner Raul Sanchez had a lunch following at his two previous solo ventures — Raul’s Taqueria and Mexican Grill and Raul’s Maya del Sol in Park Circle, which closed in 2016. The chef said he’s excited to offer some of his signature items like carne en su jugo, he said in a press release.

“Since announcing my plans for the Kitchen, folks in and around Park Circle have been asking if I would offer my lunches again,” Sanchez said in the release. “Everyone has their favorite dishes from my old restaurants, and this will hopefully give folks a chance to experience some of them again from time to time.”

Maya del Sol Kitchen, located in North Charleston at 1813 Reynolds Ave., is also open Sundays for brunch and Thursday through Saturday when Sanchez offers a five-course chef’s table dinner experience (reservation only). For more information, call (843) 225-2390.
